Description : Job Description – L1 Support Qualification: Technical Graduate or Any Graduate with Hardware and Networking Course Communication: Average English and good at Hindi or Local Language Location: Andheri East Mumbai Package: INR 18152 CTC per Month (14465/- in hand) Experience:  Fresher Roles and Responsibilities:  Technical helpdesk work / Remote Desk work / Coordination work  Need to do operation work like, handling mails and Phone calls  Flexibility in Shifts, might need to report 7am shift as well, according to Exam schedules  Candidates must be willing work on weekends (Sat & Sun). They will be given any 1 day as a weekly off.  Work from home option is not available for this role. Must Have:  Basic Hardware Networking Knowledge  Interviews will be F2F
